I got one of the 2 button fobs (still in packet) off a chap on e-bay for £20 (with no VAT)

Does the keyfob have 2 buttons??

If yes, then remove keyfob battery, press both buttons together for 10 secs, replace battery and press buttons to syncronize the system. maybe works, it works with newer LR anyway.

Cheers Wes, but it's a one button fob :cry:  Good advice though as it might come in handy with the Defender which uses the two button one  :D
