i seen that,martin schanche had an scort rs2ooo 4x4 with the transmission like that so the engine could be mounted lower down,was fast aswell till he got his hands onit  :lol:

Yep seen it, I'm about half way through the mag. :D

if you look closely at the eagle in the mag the fanbelt is on upside down :wink:

The mechanics behind it is mad, 4 transfer boxes & 2 huge v8 engines.
Typical yank thinking though ad a clumsy big v8 = good car, add another exelent car. Perfect for the run to wall mart.
I would like to see some wacky LR concepts instead of the clod hopper yank tanks.
