2.5 n/a to 200tdi - how hard can it be?

(1/3) > >>

Lumbering Jack:
Hi guys,

A pal of mine has a 110 with a 2.5 n/a fitted and has chance of a 200tdi disco engine (and box if need be).

How simple is it to fit the 200 and will he need any adapter plates or owt like that?

 :help:

davidlandy:
it just drops straight in on the original chassis mounts, and you can use the existing gearbox.

the exhaust is the toughest part to do - best to buy the downpipe from steve parker landrovers.

of course you also need to get the disco rad and intercooler, as well as the pipes etc

you will have to be creative with the intercooler and air filter pipes and cut the inner wing slightly to make it all fit, but its well worthwhile.
