Emergency, please help, smoke inside car, none starter.. - Diagnosis

Many thanks for finding out more Mark, I really appreciate it and owe you one.

Had a car electrician guy come out yesterday to have a look and he has quoted me ouch  :-. £300 to £400 to repair it, so if anyone fancies some time on a Landy beer supplied and good food, who knows what there doing I'd appreciate it more than you'll ever no.

mmmm beer supplied, i dont know much about electronics on landy except mine always seem to smoke :lol:

would these be the correct heat/ glow plugs? as it don't give you much info.
