Im only 20 and it irritates me intensely. If you're not going to speak properly, then dont speak at all.

Im another who hates it (but still use it when texting :oops:).... shame phones are limited to the amount of letters you can type in a message before it moves onto message 2 :roll:.

My phone doesn't understand txt spk, it wants to use proper words on predictive mode, which leads me to believe that kids actually have to train the phones to spll wrng!
