well after only having the disco a short while, she is now to be sold :( :'(

imminent purchase of a transit 4x4 pick up forces the sale which I'm not sure if I'm happy to get the ford or sad to see the disco go!!
i will be getting a 90 for use as a comp truck in the summer but needs must!

In that case, put it in the for sale section  :off topic:

stuvy:
i was just showing all the fellow disco owners that the truck is up for grabs

surely, off topic would be in the Range Rover section or military?

Do you mean the ford Ranger Thunder or what ever it is called? I know ford are doing a new transit 4x4 put didnt know they were doing it in a pick up style too.

stuvy:
the transits were made by a company called country trac http://www.imperialservices.org.uk/county_ford_transit_4x4_vehicles.htm
they built them on behalf of customers costing nearly 12,000 for the conversion!! Mostly for use with Utility companys, single cab pick ups, double cab pick ups, and more commonly the 190 lwb vans. They still fetch a massive premium, only if you can find one though!

<Edit by Wolfie> This topic shouldn't really have been started as For Sale adverts should only be posted in the For Sale forum. As the information about Transit 4x4s is interesting I'll leave it here.

However, please don't bump it back to the top of the forum.>
