12j head torque

Hi Guys and Girls.

My mates rebuilding his 2.5 nad head. I have a book, but im on my hols, and its at work.

Can anyone tell me the correct tightening procedure for them please. Its a 12j.

I think its something like 26nm then three lots of 60 degrees. But i can remember correctly.
