SJ410 Clutch Release Bearing....... Changed Today, But......

When I removed the box, just over 40mins (well chuffed) the bell housing was full of crap, and the release bearing was clogged with grease and mud but appeared to be functional, I replaced it anyway, put it all back together, whilst renewing most of the nuts, bolts and washers (1hr30) and

B I N G O......

I have clutch again..... but for how long?

Its a KAP Paddle plate done about 4 playdays (towed to and from) as was the bearing..... any other suggestions as to what it could have been appart from the bearing?
