Headlights?
Mr Alford:
i need to buy new headlights for mine as mine are cracked and one side the brackets have snapped so it wobbles
i hev 100watt halogen bulbs in there at the moment but they dont seem to be that great altho they are 100 times better than standard
are theyre any uprated headlights i can buy or am i going to have to steer down the hid route which i was gonna do eventually anyway
does anyone have any experience of this
just in case moshio v8 boy says anything no i dont want extra spotlights i just want driving lamps coming from my headlights

I've seen a conversion somewhere to put 7" round lamps in there.
TBH though 100 watt lamps can be a waste of money, plus they aren't legal. The extra current drawn can cause power losses across other joints in thw wiring loom, best way to get the proper light out of them is to fit relays just behind each lamp.
Another controversial fitment is HID. Currently about £50 a set to retro fit you wil get about 300% lilght output for only 35 watts.
