Which type axles?

Hi all

In my 1988 2.5TD 90, which type axles will be fitted as standard, 10 or 24 spline?

And what's this imperial/metric difference I see around?

Range Rover Blues:
Older RRC have imperial diffs in the axles, though they are fully interchangeable with metric ones the bearings inside are older spec parts in imperial sizes.  Apparently this is only a problem if you are fitting ARBs.

they have the opposing shock mounts aswel IIRC
