...a new R380 gearbox, mine has apparently gone to meet it's maker. Just what I need at this time of year! So I am now carless for Christmas, and broke for the new year!

Apparently the Disco is now ready to be collected. And as predicted, is going to cost a small fortune. Won't be getting much change out of (to steal I phrase I read in the Disco section yesterday!) a bag of sand. Still, on the plus side I'll have a recon gearbox, new clutch and a few other bits fixed!

Now if you excuse me, I must return to rummaging around underneath the cushions on the sofa!
