help with organising a 4x4 show

what do you think about a weekend challenge with various differant bits like a treasure hunt where you have to stamp a card attached to your vehicle with differant stamps placed around the forest, night time driving and a trail?
how much would the public liability insurance cost?

and great venue
i bet you could pay him to rent the site which would include insurance :?
or try my good old pal jim at explore offroad
he runs two of the best sites around here, and one of them ( barthomly ) would be ideal to camp
