old model railways

its been a while since ive had anything to do with model railways but can say ive never heard of a s gauge  :oops:  and i used to work in a model shop lol

S was an American thing really - 1:64 scale (I think). There have been the odd few people building to that scale in the UK but not many.

Just bought myself a rather lovely Kato Shinkansen (Bullet Train) in N scale. Makes British N look positively embarrassing!

I have G too - mostly Swiss. And assorted European HO and N  :lol:

Id love to have the garden set up with some g gauge but the two silly dogs i think would soon cause havoc so ill have to put up with a nice little n gauge setup in the back room when i get round to it :)

back at my dads i have a massive 00 layout in the loft.. love it :)
