I see it from both sides

SWMBO is a Nurse by training, even if she's now gone to the dark side (private sector) as a Principle Consultant working as a 'Health Provision Facility Designer'

Plus, I've heard the stories from the departments chr*stmas party in Leeds on Monday evening :shock:  :shock:

Like so many good books, the story line is just way to long and complex to reproduce well in a film. The only film I am aware of that does justice to the book it came from was actually based on a short story, not a full blown novel.

To be honest I would probably enjoy it if I have already read the book, but now I would be forever questioning it.
