electric seats and windows not working

just brought a rrc and all 4 windows r not working and both electric seats are not working are there any common problems.

Not sure about common but check fuses first.  :)

Range Rover Blues:
Fuses for the seats are under the passenger's seat (depending what year) and the windows usually in the central fusebox.

Bowie:
And the relays for the windows are under the central cubby box, along with the window lift ECU :)
