just been to fill the wifes Disco up with oil (200), and whilst on tickover i took the dipstick out and white smoke poured out the hole..same with the filler cap on the head, when taken off....is this the start of a problem...?

was the temp hot or cold?

had it just been on a long journey? or does it just do short Journeys?

was there any White Sludge Build up on the Cap?

white smoke coming out the exhaust usually points to head gasket , so maybee ?.. loosing any coolant , any build up of pressure in the header tank ?. alan....
