:)  :) A couple of years ago it was cheaper to tax my car than insure it but now,thanks to 'Mr Bean' aka 'Dick Turpin without the mask' I now find that it costs me £205.00 for the road fund licence and I've just accepted an insurance quote of £150.00 fully com. to insure my V.W. Caravelle...crazy or what... :shock:  :shock:  :shock:

Ah, so you get taxed on your tailpipe then.

It's about time they abolished road tax, fuel costs enough now anyway and if it wasn't for the road tax I reckon more people would bu a runabout for the weekdays.  Whereas I know of people who use thier cars rather than busses "because it's costing money to just sit there".

:D  :D Absolutely Blues...Mr Bean is hell bent on getting more and more money from us motorists because we are an easy option...I long for the day when the majority of us in this Country realise this and do something positive about it...one gets tired of being ripped off time and time again...
