johnpirate:
Just buying a 300 Tdi Disco N plate looking under the bonnet there is a bit on the air intake .Its got electrics to itit looks like an airbox off a petrol injection system..I assume its an engine management thing. Now I want a Safari snorkel as I have on my 200 Tdi .The Paddock picture on their website doesnt show a clear picture for the 300 .I dont think its got ABS but will double check tomorrow.Where does it come through the inner wing ?.As the air intake pick up looks nowhere near the wing.

mobi:
on mine i got a blanking plate for the end of the air box and the pipe work goes around the shock turret and in the side (engine side), you have to cut a hole in the side of the air box.
i'l take a pic later on to day.

BigA:
Mine is an M reg and i have ABS ?

when i fitted mine, you have to relocate the whole air box, the bits come as part of the kit, as the existing air intake is at the front, and this gets blanked and a new one is made to the side of the air box.

if you look to the right of the air box, at the wing, on the inside you will see a large whole, this is where the snorkel comes in, you have to cut the hole on the outside.

hope it helps,

Andy

Budgie:
Here you go, the NON ABS version.

Disco Matt:
One thing to watch out for - mine has the airbox in the place it's fitted on ABS-fitted models but doesn't have ABS. Check against the diagram first. I can post a photo or two of mine if that would be useful?

The kit blanks off the original intake and adds a new one on the side, as well as moving the airbox up and forward. This then connects to a short length of plastic pipe with two 90 degree bends which passes through the wing and connects to the snorkel itself.
