grand cherokee wheel bearings

hello people need to replace rear wheel bearings my on 1998 grand cherokee orvis, is this easy job?

fairly, will help alot if you have a decent slide hammer, strip the hub down (brakes etc) remove drive shaft & fit the bearing

jeeporvis:
is it the same as doing drum brakes because mine has discs not drums
