fitting a winch

i have got a guardian bumper coming when i order it later on tonight

is there anything i need to order or get  in that i will need to install the winch in to a defender with air con and is there any thing to look out for i.e. pitfalls or any advice please thanks

Is the bumper specifically for an aircon model installation else the winch will probably foul the front panel.

you might need extended cables to reach your battery don't order them online for £40 i got some battery cable from the local motor factor for about £10

do i need to but a mounting plate for the winch to sit in

if i need extended cable swhich i think i will how or where do you join them or even better has any body got advice on a wiring diagram also best way to route the wiring thanks
