been at proper work from 8 - 6 then been volunteer working from 7:30 till 12:30.

though i should be very knackerd i'm surprisingly still awake.

As am i, am currently doing me open university assignment as sleep is most definately illusive.  Its either this or start watching me West Wing boxsets from the beginning again!!
