Yes I got one .I would have been more surprised if I hadn,t. :lol: .What a bunch of numpties!!.I prefered it when it was done by the DSS.The forms were easier and they didnt make you feel like they were doing you a favour.Customs and excise always take it personally that you want money your entitled to it breaks their heart.

:shock: I received one too, I am interested in what the total figure is of families receiving child benefit - 25 million sounds like it covers every child in the UK, are they using this number instead of saying well actually we have lost everyones details.  Bouncy - you want to hope that letter is not lost because that aswell contained confidential information, such as your national insurance number.
