that dosent seem to do anything i just get a normal readout

Just tried it and it works on my '97 grand.Turn the key from the off position to the first position(steering lock off).  From there to the ignition on position and back twice and leave on the third time. took me a few tries the first time.   Anyone else ......
Failing this it'l be a trip to somewhere with the right diagnostic tool.

ok sussed it i get code 45 o2 sensor wheres the o2 sensor???

is it also know as a lamba sensor???

yes...but double check you do not have a air leak!!!!
