Rear door change?

Will the back doors of rangie with internal door hinge fit on a rangie with external hinge? I know the front arent  interchangeable but what about the rears

I've been thinking about this myself, as visible hinge doors in good nick are very rare.

I read in an article about a guy's restoration where he had done it, apparently not an easy swap but do-able.

I reckon the hinges are completely different so you need to graft in the hinge mounts to the 'new' doors, then of course the interior door card is different too.

But the glass and frame are the same at least.
