i`m up for renewel at the mo... been with flux for years, purely for:

easy to deal with
cheapest
mostly knowledgable staff
uk call centres (your all thinking it, and naturally i couldnt say it.. but it is true!)
no stupid automated telephone system that sends you on three laps of all options before dumping you on some poor soul who hasnt a clue how you`ve ended up in his/her department!
usually allow for a bit of bartering (ie, well what if i did this..?)
i`m 24, 9 points in last 5 years (speeding....yer.. i know! :roll: ) dont live in the best postcode in the uk, <7500miles/year, and have a modified disco (all mods declared)

6 years driving, 5 years NCB (due to having to change policies to suit latest toy..)
