fezzy192:
i had this on my 200 but mine valves were hitting the pistons because of the woodruff key it changes the timing but i replaced all and now its quieter than before so lets keep fingers crossed for you

extreme90:
and it didnt take a chunk out of the crank ?
very lucky

crazymac:
Thing is, you may as well get the timing cover off and do your belt as well.

I had this last year, the outermost key had snapped and taken a chunk of the shaft with it. I managed to repair the crank with liquid metal and replaced both keys and the timing belt.

johnpirate:
Mine did this and it was the pulley had cracked .Its a common fault .I did my belt at the same time and did the woodruff key as well.
