Don't suppose any one knows where to get a plastic clip that holds the hedlight on from do you?

Broke mine when we moved the lights down a bit.

I stuck the Halfords +30% bulbs in my old 200Tdi and it made a huge difference.

I done the same on mine, an m5 or m6 nut fits the thread, put a nut on then a penny washer, then mount through hole, then penny washer then a nut on the other side, you can then tighten the two bolts against the bulk head and adjust as needed.

Works well and is cheap!

re wire with heavy wire, fit relays and use the 130w main beam "OFFROAD ONLY" phillips rally bulbs from power bulbs .com
then stick in a pair of 150 lamps in your spots
trust me they are bright
