300 TDI power upgrades????

boss:
how do i go about getting more power out of my disco???dont really want a bigger intercooler(too expencive) i got a 2 1/2 inch bore ss exhaust which is non restrictive, im getting some silicone hoses soon and a k&n air filter(if my snorkel idea doesnt go to plan)i hear theres something you can do with the fuel pump but i dont know what...

any surgestions???

Remove the EGR if you have it fitted...

wash your existing intercooler, and inlet manifold out with petrol/ white spirit, they are probably full of greasy black slime...

i found i got more power from fitting a snorkel than the k&n.
