OK so Fronty has gone 'oop North (well Liverpool) and we now have a 2.1 TD Espace - question is - Does anyone know if the engine has a belt or chain???? just trying to price up a service and cant seem to find the info anywhere!!!

At a guess, it being a Renault, it is probably a cam belt, although I don't know for definate.

if your get a service make certain of no waters leaking from the cooling system as the steel pipes tend to leak a bit
