Should be one in the bellhousing

stefan:
The bell housing wading plug size is standard on all landies, a guy sells them on Ebay for about £1.85 inc postage. I went out yesterday to check mine fitted, the hole was filled with mud! The handbrake had seized again, so I think that needs to come apart this weekend!!

Wading plugs of course do not help the handbrake!!

unknownmanxman:
I had water go into my timing cover and make the belt jump a tooth or two..... that was expensive........ i have them fitted all the time now!! My handbrake seizes after every offroading adventure, so i just dont use it anymore! I got fed up of fixing it..

Make sure you take them out for a couple of hours every few weeks... the drain holes are there for a reason ;-)

ibexman:
Absolutely Tim,
Or else you'll join the equally expensive "forgot to take the wading plugs out club", of which I am a fully paid up member!
