My rear lights are rubbish!

I'm getting a bit fed up of rear lights that stop working. Are there any replacements available that work well?

Preferably LED and a direct replacement.. and i guess they should look good! What are NAS spec lights like?

Nick

NAS spec lights are good, but one on from that you can get a LED version of the NAS light.  Often see them fitted to buses.

Once place I've used before (local to me) is http://www.s-v-c.co.uk/lights_rear.html

95mm UltraBright LED's are about halfway down the page.

I've got doubled up 'NAS' lamps on my 110
Upper pair are tail/stop, lower pair are tail/fog

They're certainly bright enough!!, and considerably bigger too!! (sequence of images)

IVE JUST FITED LED TO MINE, THEY ARE ACE, BUT, EXPENSIVE, AND YOU WILL NEED A COUPLE OF BALLAST RESISTORS PER CIRCUIT FOR THE INDICATORS.
WORTH THE EXPENSE THOUGH AS IN THE DARK YOU MIGHT AS WELL PUT A CANDLE IN YOUR BACK WINDOW, SAFER THAN LANDROVER REAR LIGHTS.

Bob696:
for direct replacement LED bulbs keep your eye on Netto. They do them for £1 each :-)

I replaced my relay with a solid state relay, no need for resistors in series.

Had my LEDs fitted for 2 years now and not had to mess with the bulbs once. Well worth it.
