Cool,  let's build a major sporting venue there since it's obvious transport links aren't a problem :D

paul and sam:
they think its foul play as they needed to remove the aspestos the right way and now because of the fire it has to be torn down over the next few days saves them a fortune doing it this way i work for lfb we got the call  i beleve around 15 mins after the fire started :(thinkhard):
