I've just come back from a few days in Belgium touring the battle sites around Ypres and took part in the Last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate. Very moving.

We always go down into town to watch the old soldiers march past, also the kiddies like to go and watch, I think they both now have an idea what remembrance day means.
Its something this country needs to hold onto for the future generations.
