What roofrack

i have a discovery 1 3 door
doesnt matter which disco but what roofrack do you have and is it anygood as i am interested in fitting spots to the front of it and using it for ladders when its time for work them ill be off to france for a little expedition next sumer? :?:

I have a safety devices rack, really well made and strong and perfectly suited to expeditions as it focuses the loads down on to the door pillars, but I don't know if they make one for a 3 door disco, might be worth a call to safety devices.

However, I don't think it is the ideal rack for carrying ladders etc as it follows the roof line, you might be better off with some roof rails for the ladder and a roof bar for the spots, all easily fitted and removed for when you want to fit an "expedition" rack.

ladders are a once evry few months thing

It's the same rack that's fitted to all the G4 D2's
