Mark_Solesbury:
Mine has some Pioneer round ones at about 6" in the dash, pointing at my knees, which give a a little bass, and its got 4" ones in the headlining near my ears, which give treble.
All in all it sounds ok. Ive put the bias on the 'knee' ones via the head unit, so if you turn it up it does not blast your ear out..

My 110 has some good quality 6" units in the under dash on spacer rings as they're too deep as they come to fit, with 2 rear shelf pods just behind the roll cage in the back hung from the roof, sounds OK, but as others have said some add-on tweeters on the dash top make quite a difference to the overall sound. If I could afford a set I'd fit Bose 101's in the back to replace the shelf pod's as we had in a company rangie in the 80's....

In my 110 csw i'm planning on putting them on the dog guard some how.Still working it out but i built the boxes and have just carpeted them this week end.Defenders don't seem to be very speaker friendly.
