There is no such thing as a "surname" coat of arms - arms themselves are incorporal heritable property and belong only to a single individual (subject to laws of inheritance) at any one time.  If you haven't matriculated arms with Garter King of Arms (in England) or the Lord Lyon King of Arms (in Scotland) then you don't have any!  Moreover usurping or assuming arms in Scotland is illegal and there have been prosecutions even recently.
