Are there any restrictions to using a smaller one on a day to day for general plg purposes, like what there are for tractors?

As long as its taxed and fueled to meet the relevant rules, then there shouldn't be owt stopping you.

If you're buying though, you will have to post pictures!

It's in the running just need to save up a bit more yet. But it would be a giggle even if only for a year! :D  8)
