which tyre is best compromise ??
wazza2552:
has any1 had any experience of the pro-comp mud terrains 35/12.50/15 ?
mobi:
i run a 300tdi discovery with front winch 2" lift (but no winch) and Flexi 2" arch extensions with 255/85/16 they are the same height as the 285/75/16 just not as wide, but i find the gearing is out for long motorway driving.
265/75/16 not as high, so better on the gear but may look lost in the arches.
and for the make you can't get better than bfg's they are quieter on the road and last longer then all the others, and they're good off road but they're not an extreme tyre!
