what protects your landy?
Spacemud:
Yeah, sharp bits of rusty cold metal, slippery seats and switches that don't say what they do, so could quite possibly be destruct buttons! - well that's what my lad reckons
denviks:
i know this will probebly give it away but my disco is no more now.....
in amougst the switches with no labels on i had 1 identical switch that was a little special. i had take power off the battery and through a fuse.....in to the cab to the switch and then down to the fuel pump solenoid..
so anyone wanting to start the truck would probably by pass the alarm but still not be able to start it.
now i have the v8 i will have to devise something equally crafty
Lucy1978:
that famous Solihull build quality and reliability protects mine.
Welshbreed:
currently... no fuel tank, no body, and a selfcontained area (caravans, construction yard fences, and a wall) protect my landie, at my parents home.
Eventually a few special home made devises... metal steering wheel, metal seat covers & 1000volts... if only
probably get a Meck Lock System Immobiliser, and modify it to fit series trucks, and maybe a few van locks, and other items from security storage... and some armored padlocks for fuel and engine bay

Thieves choose
Misses Honda S200
My Elise
My Freelander
My Shagged S3
I think the Landy is last on that list (unless the security on the others means they use the landy to drag them away! yikes good job im selling the trailer!)
