Replacing the Clutch - 3 or 5 Piece Kit?

Are you sure it's the clutch thats gone and not something more serious??

Am i right in thinking yours is a 300tdi?

I'm being offered the 5 piece kit (cover, clutch, fork, spigot bush and erm... something else!) or the 3 piece kit (erm... can't remember the parts involved!).

Which would people recommend I go for?

Also, is it worth taking the opportunity to change the slave & master cylinders?
