265 75 16 on Defender

See my previous reply about this (in the same post).  That's the setup I have albeit on a 110.  There is some rubbing at the rear (suspension top mounts) and the steering stops have been wound back to stop rubbing on the trailing arms.  Steering lock, which is never good, is a lot worse!

I've resisted fitting wheel spacers because the wheels would stick out too far.  Long term option is probably a replacement wheel with a smaller offset.

My 90 left L/R dealer with 265/75 R16 on freestyle alloys when new. Never had any problems with the tyres rubbing.

no problem on my 90, just fitted 265 75 16 insa turbo on steel modulars, had them out for a run today for the first time, great no problems :D  :D

I had them on my TD5 90, no need to adjust anything.
