Sold some bits on Ebay, one item never arrived at the buyers (apparently) so went through Paypal etc, sods law, could not find my proof of postage! Anyway bloke sent me threatening emails saying that he would bid on all my stuff. Paypal found in his favour so he sets up a new account and bids on one of my items and wins it, the thicko sets up this new account in the same name and address as his original account. Ebay is now dealing with it, What a Muppet!! I only hope the second chance offer is accepted!

I presume his point was he'd bid for your stuff with no intention of buying it.  Thus very obviously breaking eBay's user agreements.
