Replacing bearing for fan pulley on 300tdi

The bearing for the fan pulley on my 300tdi Disco engine is is very rough.  I want to replace it, but it looks like its an intregal part of the timing belt cover.

Is it possible to replace the bearing or do I have to replace the whole cover?

Any advice would be great.
