Here's another question for you are curly wurly's and monster munch smaller now than they were 15+ years ago???

Quite possibly, visited Cadbury's last year and compared the numbers on the wrappers, some items have got smaller, others get smaller as the price is held, then on price rise they get bigger so they can reduce them to hold the price again.

Does anyone remember the chocolate tools you used to get. And i dont mean the ones from Halfords. :) :)

I think there used to be hammers and saws and spanners. :):)

I saw some of those a few weeks back, but they don't taste the same as they used to, and are definitely smaller.
bit like the white chocolate fish and chips, they ae nice as well.

One penny old money ?  (showing my age eh ? )

The inside wrapper was like a catologue of wonderful stuff you could save points for ... I never actually knew or heard anyone who managed to save enough wappers for even the naffest of the goods on offer.... I wonder if anyone did get anything from Bazooka Joe ?
Tasted good but too tough to blow a really good bubble !

Anyone remember "5 Boys" chocolate bars ? Made by Fry's I think.

They had pictures of 5 boys with different facial expressions, happy through to sad ...   3d  a bar when I was a kid...

I always found Wispas a bit sickly actually.  Plus I objected to paying for a lump of air.  I think the reason they taste very chocolatey is that you get a lot of surface area of chocolate exposed to your taste buds.  Flakes work on the same basis.

MoJo's are still about, my kids love them
Do all the Starbar lovers remember them in the original red packaging?
IIRC they were brought out at the same time as the original Star Wars films (Cadburys cashing in, and why not)
They brought them back about 8 years ago in the new yellow packaging and they've been around since then (yummy)  8)
On the note of Star Wars, does anyone remember the Star Wars ice lolly's?
I used to live on them when i was 10 <smile>

Bizzarely IKEA is good for sweets!

You can get massive bags of dime bars and the strwaberry laces taste like strawberry laces should (different to the ones you get nowadays from supermarkets, but how i remeber them from being a kid :D )

They also do some weired things. The girlfriend bought some called "Salty Fish".... and yes they taste as bad as they sound...

They are going to be given to the kids knocking the door on Haloween
