at this point i gave up trying to get hold of you jake! lol
me: ok then, i need some b its for my 8274
her: ok
me: i need the lever thingy that goes on the outside of the spinny bit
her: the free spool lever

her: well i do know what im tlking about i have been here 20 years
me: i know that, but i dont really know what im tlking about so im trying to make it basic for myself lol
her: ok then have you looked at our website

her: ok well do that first...

anyway she tlked me through it, but i did not know it would be that hard to get hold of you!!! lol
