Has your chassis had it?

It's a bit of a patchwork! I've decided the only way I'm going to get what I want is to build from the ground up. The 90 will become a donor vehicle, but looks like there won't be much of it used. Bit of an expensive mistake :( Still, you live and learn.
Mutz:
snap!!
Rebuilt the engine, new clutch etc.etc.etc, even put a new rear cross member on and now wish i'd just bought a new chassis.
So gone back to the Paj for now and Defender will be put to 1 side for now.
Where you thinking of getting your chassis from?

Richards.

There was a galvanised TD5 chassis on eBay, hence the question. But I'll stick with plan A :D
Mutz:
Saw the one you are talking about , think they are old chassis's blasted and galved, some are patched as well. didnt think it was worth the money for an unkown history.
You collecting chassis or delivered? wondered what delivery would be?
Dont think i will get mine till next year; but let me know how you get on with yours, as im very interested interested in it.
V8MoneyPit:
Delivery is about £100. I assume + VAT. So not really worth driving up there.
We are moving premises at work. Should be in a month or so. We'll have an area of spare space initially, so I want to time the chassis arrival for then!
I've heard nothing but praise for Richards chassis'. That's my main reason for foing with theirs.
