half way through now but iv only used the 135 joint so the up pipe sits well close to the window beam, would put pics up but my pc is playin up :-( cuttin the wing tonite hehe

rollazuki:
Dunno if you guys are aware of this, but...

Turn on the kitchen cold tap and light the gas stove.

Take piece of plastic pipe as above, and slowly rotate it over gas hob. NOT TOO CLOSE U DUMMY!

As it warms up, it gets a bit stretchy and bendy. As soon as it does, put a slight curve into it, and run it under the tap(you did leave the tap running yes?)

This instantly sets it, and suddenly you have a way of bending the drainpipe to get a 'snugger' finish. Bit by bit is the best policy. Oh yeah, practise on a scrap bit first

Chris Putt:
Did mine today- needs a few refinements and the airbox sealing properly but otherwise its all good!!!

Will take piccys at some point!

Chris Putt:
Yes it works. Went through a local ford thinking it was quite deep......was really quite deep, sort of just over the bonnet whilst driving through.......

Very scary moment
