Well I went off to B&Q tonight and picked up 2m of 68mm black down pipe, 2 45 degree's and 1 90 degree bend, and a couple of brackets and some plastic glue and black mastic/ silicone.

I'm a little concerned about the wing cutting, has anyone a guide I can print off that's a step by step idiots guide or can anyone post any tips at all?

Andi, check the engine bay for rubber covers where the safari snorkel would enter. I had one either side and they cover up pre drilled internal holes. All I did was drill a pilot hole from the inside before using a hole cutter from the outside. Then a little finishing trim.

If you've not already done so... check out my gallery for photos and here for a write up.
