Range Rover Blues:
The fog is clearing, I think I remember now.
Anyway, I'm told the 3.9 is a more reliable ECU than the 3.5, I know I've seen these advertised copiously in the comics. Make sure you get an equivelent one though because later ones had Lambda sensors whereas early ones will just ignore them (not wired up even) but also the engine sensors are different between early and late models. If you have the Haynes manual most of the data is in there.

Horayyyyyyy- mis-fire fixed 100% at last, borrowed a ECU off Steve Grakham to try & that did the trick. Now running exceptionally well as in trying to find the mis-fire EVERYTHING was double checked under the bonnet. :lol: :lol:
