Jake:
Looks like you need some bigger tyres and loger, cranked rear radius arms
Looks cool though
 :D

extreme90:
ready for some proper tyres now ad
you measured the wheel base yet ?
im saying 97 inch ish
to answer the side slop question 4 you......
youll be suprised

jim has a disco with a 4 1/2 inch lift, 35 simex, and side slopes dont really bother it
p/s ad she sound well now she's back on 8 again

Disco_Stu:
Surely any drop in wheelbase length is down to the suspension lift?

The body lift matters not at all except maybe to COG as mentioned by the the young disco chopping maniac :)
Ground clearance can now be increased by fitting ridiculous tyres, far cheaper than fitting portals (Unless you can build em, I cant) as I see it.

I'm more interested in how you sorted your bumpers, steering rod etc?

Stu.

PS. I like it, but then I've always thought your motor was cool...

mentalmoshio sophs V8i:
great idea can i see a photo under the spring plz

disco-v8:

you wouldnt believe it but it does handle very well on side slopes, i was a bit worried it would but i put it all through its paces on sunday and it did very well.....

good thing with mine is that its got alot of low down weigh with the tank/diff guards and sills etc
